The Project
The school completed in 1956 and refurbished in 2002. The 477 sq m sports hall floor was an old asphalt floor which hadn’t been touched for years. The hall used by the school for Badminton and general sporting activities with a strong emphasise towards basketball
The Installation
There were surface level issues and damage over the whole floor which required extensive floor preparation, Working closely with F Ball and Continental Sports we were able us to archive a flat sound substrate on which to install our Conica 7+2 point elastic PU system. The hall was line marked new skirtings and door thresholds were installed to complete the job.
Project outcome
The transformation of this hall is fantastic the PE staff are delighted with their new facility
